PIHMS identified that Hotel and Tourism graduates in New Zealand were not graduating with the required skills, knowledge and experience demanded by the industry. PIHMS was established to fulfil this gap, creating a model specialising in the education of future leaders in hotel business management, encompassing all aspects of the Hotel industry worldwide.
